You should be able to get a Asus Laptop, it I wouldn't want to say that you would not be able to get the best among computer for 35,000 Rs.

For games, the video card is much more important. Any laptop without at least a Radeon 4650/5650 or a Nvidia 250M/350M will be pretty much useless for games.

I'd suggest either the ASUS G51Jx ($1100 to 1400) or N61Jq ($1000 to 1200). They are both great gaming laptops for the price. Other options are the Acer 5470G ($800) or a properly configured HP DV6T ($950 for the one with a Radeon 5650).
