Is an Alienware laptop really the best gaming laptop on the market?

I am really looking for a gaming laptop... So far all I can find is the Alienware. Is there a better laptop out there for gaming specifically?

When you buy alienware you are just paying a premium for the name.

What you want to look for MAINLY in a laptop for gaming is a DEDICATED video card.Avoid integrated or onboard video.

Amount of RAM and processor speed are also important. Id say shoot for at least a two core machine with a minimum of 4 gb of RAM.(depending on what you want to play)

If you are just looking for a name ASUS, also makes good gaming laptops.

What are some good ASUS 15 inch gaming laptops in the market?

My budget range is anything under 2500. If not ASUS then can someone tell me which other gaming laptop i can get? Thanks in advance.

I want to infrom you that "gaming laptops" are really un realistic for extended use as most will last 2-3 years if that. I would how ever recommend getting a nice gaming desktop for that budget.
