best gaming laptop 400 image

I would like to buy a gaming laptop to play Battlefield 3 or Black Ops 2 at medium to high graphic settings smoothly.

You're going to want a desktop. I know that's not the answer you're looking for but all gaming LAPTOPS are like 1000$+ dude. You can build an extremely solid Desktop for 400-450$ and get exactly what you want. If you don't build you'll be looking at 700-1000$ for one and will never be as well made as a custom one.

What gaming laptop should i get that has a number pad?

I need a new laptop for $400-$600 or less that is good for gaming.I have games like Garry's Mod or Half Life. It need to have a number pad for games.
Alien-Ware and Mac is to price and I don't want to get a used one!

Sorry, even 600 bucks is still too little to get a true gaming laptop. Since laptops are small and cramped, its very expensive to get high powered parts needed for gaming that generate massive amounts of heat to fit and function. That's why alienware laptops are expensive.
Now since, Half-Life and Garry's Mod don't really require a powerful computer, you could probably get away with a just a regular laptop. Laptops with core i3, i5 processors come with a graphics card called Intel HD Graphics which is probably powerful enough to play those games on low settings. Some regular laptops can also have its video card upgraded but, you'd still probably have to pay at least 700-800 bucks for that.
With your kind of budget, I wouldn't even worry about a number pad. If you still care about the number pad, usually larger laptops will have them like 17 inch laptops.
