Here's my advice:
I would suggest getting an HP as they're MADE for entertainment (music, videos, etc). Dell is more of a business computer for people running a business etc. Compaq is a cheap rip-off brand in my opinion, hate them. (Out of the three brands your listed, my favorite is HP)
If you're living in the US and you're willing to spend $55,000 to $60,000 on a laptop with US money, you could get a custom built computer with MUCH better specs then the ones you listed and would last a LONG time.
Laptops usually ware out after 2 years. Since laptops aren't very flexable for upgrades, you'll have to buy a new one soon after. If you can, get a desktop, then upgrading will save LOTS of money.
You could go to a store like Bestbuy (if you have one close to you) or http://bestbuy.com/ and look for HP laptops, they're worth the money, MUCH less then $55,000 US cash, around $1500-$2000 for one that exceeds those specs you listed.
Good Luck :)
