Cheap gaming laptop under $700?

I am searching for a laptop capable of playing League of Legends at 60 FPS without lagging, while still being able to stream on twitchtv.
I don't expect it to play League of Legends at 60 FPS on all High Settings, I just want it to play 60 FPS with all high settings and no shadows.

What laptop should I get?

I am looking for a laptop that can run skyrim on medium graphics and minecraft that is under $600

Answer
A pure gaming laptop is usually more than $1000. But there are options which are not purely gaming laptops but still they can play them very well. There is one option from Acer which is exactly the same. It has the price of around $510 and it is perfect for gaming like Skyrim and other games. Also as one of an actual user said that "It plays all these games rock solid". So you can see a complete review here which will explain further about this laptop:

http://www.amazon.com/review/R1CA4PQMT96CRU/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B009A8L0IE&linkCode=&nodeID=&tag=hawmekm-20

So this shows that it is a good laptop for gaming. On the other hand it is technically also very strong. It has:

AMD A-Series Quad-Core A8-4500M 1.9 GHz (4 MB Cache) Processor which is powerful enough for handling games and other tasks.
4 GB SDRAM for rapid and fast multitasking
500 GB 5400 rpm Hard Drive for good storage
15.6-Inch Screen with AMD Radeon HD 7640G Graphics
Windows 8 and 5-hour battery life

So this is one good option in an affordable price. And I am sure it will meet your expectation when you will use it. But definitely I would not restrict you to this option only as other good options are also there. See the list here of the popular laptops under $600. This will help you in making comparison and decision making:
