To people who are saying that is not enough money, DO NOT listen to them. Ask someone who has experience. I have the following specs:

AMD E - 350 1.65 ghz dual core processor
AMD radeon hd 6310
3GB RAM
Windows 7

I can run skyrim, assassin's creed on medium settings. I got this laptop for 300 bucks. So you have a fairly great budget. Here's one:
