I'm looking to invest in a gaming laptop, but as a mostly console gamer I just don't know much about the industry. If I'm looking to spend under $1000, what's the best kind to get? I would like to be able to run something like Battlefield 3 at close to full capacity, if that's possible in this price range.

Alienware is overpriced garbage. Sager is very good but expensive. I have heard great things about cyberpowerpcs
