For MW3 on low you need Intel HD Graphics 3000 or better even without dedicated RAM. Some try to fool you with a bad dedicated graphics card.

There is what I found between Newegg, Tigerdirect, BHPHOTO, and Best Buy
The 7670M is slightly better than the 6650M, but 6GB and 500GB is better than 4GB and 320GB
It would be nice to have a stronger CPU.

They agree it will run on either system. The 7670M would get high settings on MW3 if the CPU doesn't bottleneck it. 6650M would be just a little lower in frame rate, and there are a few games that might fall between these chips as running or now. You might be able to change a ram card in the 4GB model. pop out a 2GB and put in a 4GB. The Acer has gigabit ethernet in hardwire connect

First of all i know you cant get a "gaming laptop" for under $500.. Im just looking for a laptop that will play games like minecraft on high settings without lag and good fps. I would also really want to record gameplay aswell. For other games i am looking for medium setting with no lag and playable fps. Here are some of the laptops I have found.. Please tell me if these are good for what i need and please tell me some other laptops that would work.

Answer
The Acer is by far the best for gaming.

Mac's cost a fortune for what you get. Average is alphabetical.
Your #1 and #4 are the same system. And I checked yesterday and you want to raise your price to $530 there is another potential that is not as good at gaming but would run everything else better:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834215419
It is well above the HP+Toshiba
Toshiba Satellite Pro C650-EZ1523D is a sturdy high quality system for the price as business level with Win 7 Pro, Intel Core i3-2350M is passmark 2943 Graphics G3D around 300 for Intel HD 3000 8GB RAM and 640GB HDD but only 10/100 ethernet. It is a fine system for schoolwork and is reliable, but not a gaming laptop at all.
Acer Aspire AS5560G-7809 A6-3420M 1.5GHz, 4GB DDR3, 320GB HDD, DVDRW, AMD Radeon HD 7670M I have spotted before and is a good gaming value at $450. They raised the price from $400 because it is still underpriced. The passmark score is 2304 and G3D score is 823 and is 2GB x 2 + 1GB for a total of 5GB RAM but is a small HDD by todays standards, and is 3 USB 2.0 indicated a slower bus speed as not having USB 3.0, but is gigabit ethernet so overall is a world better than the Toshiba.
The HP ProBook 4530s A7K06UT is their business line at least average in quality in the world of laptops (as opposed to their consumer do-do). It matches the Toshiba for gaming, but differs in smaller HDD, less DRAM, does have a USB 3.0 port and gigabit ethernet.
Of the 3, the Acer is by far the best for gaming by quite a bit because the Graphics is much more important than the CPU, but in the low level CPU of the Acer, it will probably cut into the frames per second as bottlenecking or gating and may not be as stable as it could be with a stronger CPU.
The $530 with free shipping from Newegg (tax collection varies by your location), Acer Aspire V3-551-8664 Notebook AMD A-Series A8-4500M(1.90GHz TurboCORE up to 2.8GHz) 15.6" 6GB Memory 750GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi AMD Radeon HD 7640G
The A8-4500M is AMD's answer to Intel's i5 M series with a Passmark score of 4293 almost double the other Acer and well above the HP+Toshiba and a higher clock speed than the A6 of the first Acer and is the newer die revision of tighter spacing in the chip. The 7640G co-packaged hybrid graphics is below the 7670M discrete graphics, but is still a respectable 631 G3D twice as good as the Intel integrated. With the extra GB of total RAM, the much bigger HDD, still with gigabit ethernet and also Bluetooth 4.0+HS for cellphone links, USB 3.0 assures the higher bus speed inside it, windows 8 compatible touchpad, better web cam. This system is all around much better than the $450 Acer, but is a really touch call because for gaming, it doesn't do nearly as high on settings, and the most intensive games are unplayable. I bring it up as another possibility in case you also do video editing or other things besides gaming, because you already know the gaming systems are better than the laptops for gaming.
So, on under $500 gaming, no question the Acer with the 7670M is the best. On an all-around usage, a $530 is much better, but weaker on gaming as you would see in notebookcheck.
USing Game-debate The Secret World (high graphics game) recommended is to have class 6 on each part.
The $450 Acer has a class 6 CPU, class 5 graphics, class 7 RAM and can run it no problem.
The $530 Acer has The CPU is class 8, but graphics only class 4 and RAM class 8
So scores only a maybe with lag in this game.
The Toshiba is class 7-3-9 and is worse.
The Acer is by far the best for gaming.
