And please tell me how much it is worth second hand, and also, will it be any good for games, such as World of warcraft, and if so, what graphic setting will it be able to run it on with 30fps+ ?

"laptop" and "gaming" are opposites my friend, and no gaming desktop (or any decent desktop for that matter) will cost under 500. If you want a decent gaming desktop, 600 is MINIMUM.
