Gaming Laptop Processor?

I am about to purchase a laptop for gaming and want to know whether MORE CORES or HIGHER GHz is better for gaming? The laptop im thinking of purchasing has AMD Quad-Core A-Series A8-3500M(1.5GHz) with AMD Radeon HD 6750M Dedicated Graphics Card. Will that run current games?

Don't get a laptop for gaming. Laptops are notorious for bogging down under a load. For games more speed is better but this is only half of the power needed. You also need a good video card. Only a desktop can provide enough power in the video card to run the games good. They can run on a laptop but very poorly.

Gaming and laptop doesn't go together, in my honest opinion.

I have an ASUS G73JH-BST7 I will sell you for 700 dollars. Here is a link of it playing Crysis on High settings with fraps. Without fraps it will max crysis.
