I'm not really sure but obviously its used for gaming but can it support other function such as graphic pads and that sort of stuff?

A gaming laptop is about as multi-purpose as it gets. It is just a very powerful computer that's suitable for running high end games.

Graphic pad? I assume you are talking about a graphics tablet, which is a additional piece of hardware that you connect to a computer. Your typical gaming laptop usually does not have a touch screen, so no, if you want to sketch on it, you will need to invest in a drawing tablet (e.g Wacom Bamboo tablet)

Haha, no.
Intel Core i3 using Intel HD 4000 is bad for gaming especially for that price.
I'm not sure which website you are using, but I am using the BestBuy one which it is 600 dollarish.

For gaming, it is RECOMMENDED to go with laptop.

If you want an ultrabookish and gaming, I would go with HP's Sleekbook with AMD.
AMD Integrated GPU will definitely defeat any Intel's integrated GPU easily.
