It's impossible to get a gaming laptop for such a low price. I tried to ask your question at SalesClark (www.salesclark.com) because it searches most big online stores. I typed "I want a decent gaming laptop to play starcraft2, WoW, call of duty." The cheapest laptop found that can run these games in a reasonable quality was Lenovo ThinkPad W500 4062 for $1731. Maybe you should buy a desktop. They're usually cheaper than laptops, especially if you already have your own monitor.

Hi I want to play games like minecraft, team fortress 2 etc. on a good running PC. But i have a small budget between 400 dollars or less. If you could provide a link for a laptop within this budget thats good for gaming I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Have a look at HP Pavilion dm1-4142nr
+Radeon HD 6320 graphics makes this suitable for light gaming, and HD video apps
+long battery life
+low cost battery replacement, only 69 dollars direct from HP (HP MT06 battery, 55 Watt-Hr, part# 646757-001)
+easy access to internals. The entire bottom panel slides off when the battery release latch is in the proper position
+touchpad with On/Off button. Double-tap the upper-left corner of touchpad to toggle it on or off
