demand them you want
1.intel core i5 processor
2.ram 2gb
3.graphics card 512mb
4.14inch screen..
they will show you some models..
ask them the price..
if you find the price to be less than 40000,ask them to show models with 4gb ram and 1gb graphics card..it wil exceed 40k...choose as your requirements..
you need good 4gb RAM and 1gb graphics card...if you gonna use graphics softwares like photoshop or high end games which are released now..and better dispaly quality..
if you dont have above uses..you can very well get below 40k..ram 2gb graphics card (nvidia) 512mb

I use a Dell E1405 laptop with Windows XP MCE SP2 and this chipset and will NOT be upgrading to Vista - there's no point. If you really want to play (older) games on your laptop, I suggest you downgrade to Windows XP. Sorry.
