I have always wondered, what is the best computer processor ever made? Answers would be most helpful.

Some might argue the Intel 80386 and others, the Intel Centrino/Pentium M (from 2004). This Centrino processor was actually a laptop processor, but it could be fitted into a 775 desktop slot with an adapter. It was a little known fact that this was the best gaming processor on the market for 18 months when overclocked and beat out every desktop CPU on the market at its time. Now, all Intel's new processors are based off Centrino technology like the Core2 Duo and Core2 Quad.
In my opinion it revolutionized the CPU world as Ghz were not and no longer emphasized - instead efficiency and low heat output was.

How do I add Game Genie to my NES Emulator on my laptop?

I currently have the JNES emulator with every single Nintendo game ever made on there. However, I would like to some how add Game Genie. Does anyone know how I can do that and also how does it work?
