Good cheap gaming laptop?

connor

I want a gaming laptop that can play things like Dragon age origins, skyrim, world of Warcraft, without lag. What would be a good laptop for those games for under 800$?

Answer
Gaming needs really good speed so you can play games without any delay. The laptop which I think has good processing speed and comes under your budget is Acer Aspire V3-571G-9686. It has a good combination of superior features and also affordable price.

It has Screen Size of1 5.6 inches which is really ideal size to have. The most important is its Processor2.2 GHz Core i7-3615QM which is really fast and efficient and will be helpful in playing games. It RAM6 GB SDRAM and Hard Drive 500 GB SATA. It has Graphics Coprocessor NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M which will give you superior graphics and It has Average Battery Life of 4.5 hours. So overall it is really good laptop.

Look at it for further details:

I would like you to see this comment from an actual user as well because the better would be explain by the actual user that how it really performs:

Best gaming laptop for this price?

Micael

Ok,

My friend's been looking for a new laptop, with his priority being gaming (and being able to run notepad in school).

His price limit is low, preferably under £450 (inc Vat + OS).

I know this is doubtful, but does anyone know of a decent gaming laptop that you can get for this price (because we really couldn't find many). Links would be appreciated- not just "go to dell" or "go to hp they're gr8".

Thanks,

Answer
you wont find a laptop for that price capable of games, laptops capable of playing games r pretty expensive nearer £800 - £1000. laptops also tend to be a pain for gaming if his absolute main priority is gaming i suggest a desktop. But if he must get a laptop i suggest one with atleast 2GB RAM and a Geforce go7600 it'll be pricey but im sure he intends to play recent games. But a lot of games arent tested on laptop graphics cards, some just aren't compatible. Also laptops arent very upgradable besides RAM PC alienware.co.uk is a good place to start if hes intent on getting a gaming laptop their video cards are upgradeable but the prices start at double what your friend is looking for. So my advice is go with a desktop unless the laptop is essential
