Answer
What firewall do you use? It could be your firewall generating that, or it could be an attempt from a hacker to sniff out open ports on your computer. Do you have a password on the router? Have you ever updated the firmware of the router?

See my answer here to see if you have malware:

As good as it gets.. for now
Only thing I might go for would be a Quad set of the older Pentium III running at 1.3 ghz on a Dell designed motherboard with a clean pipeline to and from the processor
I still have mine and it still smokes everything new on the market.
Just like Scotty once said: "the more plumbing there is, the easier it is to stop up".
Gaming is getting ready to go to a completely different level soon anyway.. you will no longer need fast computers.. it will all be LIVE online
This is also the way Microsoft is going. Windows 7 is the last true windows OS. The next one will be based on Midori Linux and will everything set to go live, real time. Shortly after that, there will be nothing but consoles you buy that hook up to the internet and sign on to go LIVE. The thinking will not be inside the console like your old laptop. The thinking will be done by a remote super computer where everyone is just a part of it. The monitoring will be done by an advanced Artificial Intelligence that will appear to be totally human. There are bots all over the internet now that appear totally human. You think you are chatting with another real person, but you aren't. This is what has happened to Yahoo chat sites and is happening to Craigslist personals. There are vitually no real people on the sites now and more so in the future. By 2012, nothing will be the same anymore. We will enter into the Age of Truth. Nano Technology will have had it's profound effect on the world, even more so with much new technology that vastly surpasses ideas out of Star Trek. One day soon, there will actually be no more computers, as you know them now. The United States has become the greatest power on the Earth. China close behind. The US has technology that would take your breathe away, if you knew it existed.. let alone understand the technology. We already now have aircraft that can neither be heard or seen, equipped with weapons far beyond nuclear fission. Yes, far beyond atomic weapons. Stuff that would blow your mind. We have aircraft that can be anywhere in the world in less than 5 minutes. Trajectory space flight. The craft simply goes up into space, waits a minute or two, and then decends to it's destination. Letting the movement of the Earth itself do the work. Less time, less fuel, better arrive times at "space ports", designed for these special craft.
So, have fun with your old computers and games. They will soon be obsolete. Nano dimensional imagery is coming. Makes blueray look like a cartoon joke. You can actually interact with the imagery, smell it, taste it, etc.
It will happen just about the same time a full cybernetic being is introduced to the world by a Japanese industrialist. The "C" being will be created via Nano technology.
