I was wondering if there is a gaming laptop for about $700 but no more than 800 that can play Minecraft with Shaders Mod on at least 30 FPS.

I am searching for a laptop capable of playing League of Legends at 60 FPS without lagging, while still being able to stream on twitchtv.
I don't expect it to play League of Legends at 60 FPS on all High Settings, I just want it to play 60 FPS with all high settings and no shadows.
