I have had to deal with a Mac for some time now thanks to my parents and I have finally scrapped together 400 bucks. So I was wondering what laptop (no netbooks) would be able to do school work and play lord of the rings online

I am looking to get a new laptop for not a ton of money, and it would be for college, mainly notes, documents, powerpoints, etc. and gaming, mainly WoW, plus internet use. Any suggestions on what I should get?
