I dont need the best gaming laptop,i game fine on my 512mb gpu and dual core processor laptop,i just want something better.I looked at a lot of games on can you run it,and after that i want a 1gb gpu
and quad core processor laptop,can anyone reccoment a good one.

Hello, i am currently looking for a good gaming laptop. i play normally Minecraft and Amnesia in low quality graphics because it freezes and i would like to buy a new laptop. I read that i7 was good in gaming laptops and i am in a tight budget of 1000euros. i like windows 7 NOT 8!!!

Hmm. How would I possibly make suggestions of clearance inventory and brands that allow customizing in web purchases when you are somewhere in Europe that is not the UK, and don't say where you can buy laptops?

Old games do have a WIndows 8 compatibility issue that is always resolvable by background settings changes, and Win 8 in general is getting an update by MS and you can put back Win 7 features by freeware:

Gamers do not need the Windows 8 shell around Windows 7, and games written for XP and Vista may not be as Windows 8 friendly.

max out very quickly, and an i3 in 3rd generation with HD 4000 is all you need.
1000 euros is not "tight" for those games. 350 Euros may be tight.
Since Windows 7 is not standard on any laptop any more, especially once at 3rd gen Intel and the latest AMD CPUs, there is nothing to point to.

You can get away with lower than HD 4000, but with 1000 Euros to work with, why buy that cheap and old. If you can only find local refurbs and leftover laptops with Win 7, you can plug in the specs in CAN I RUN at the links shown and see what they show for play.
Add your country and a few online stores with lots of inventory and maybe I could find something.
