Can someone recommend a good laptop for around 500 to 600 pounds?

My laptops had it, I think the motherboard has gone which means I need to replace it, I can afford up to 600 preferably on finance, all I use laptops for is Internet, iTunes, watching video files and sometimes playing football manager. I'd like a fast laptop but I don't need a great gaming quality machine just a nice reliable one

i currentley have an acer aspire which isnt the best laptop but i want a gaming desktop computer that is around £500 and can run atleast skyrim. Also it would need atleast 8GB RAM.
